Carmel was the fourth Cutie Pop girl in the lineup. She replaced Cookie in the Sweet line.

Carmel has a medium complexion, lilac lips and pink/lilac heart shaped blush. She has teal eyes with heart reflexions. Her eyelashes are powder pink and glittery. Her hair is honey colored, straight and has pale lilac streaks.
Carmel is wearing a tight polka-dot lavender bodice with puff sleeves on the top of her shoulders and tighter, striped pink sleeves down to her elbows. She has a pink faux-satin skirt with tulle underneath, a pink belt decoration and striped pink and purple socks. Her shoes are teal with white details. She has these accessoires: two bows matching her top´s fabric, alternitave bows matching her skirt´s fabric, teal and baby pink yarn hair, closed eyelids with teal eyeshadow and lilac flowers. Her pops feature lollipops, plates with deserts and hearts.
To be exact, this version of Carmel is called Carmel loves Puppies/Carmel <3 Puppies. This Carmel has pale skin, pink lips, pink blush and blue eyes with heart reflexions, blue eyelashes and baby pink eyeshadow. Her hair is styled in a single ponytail held up by a pink bow. She´s wearing a red choker with a bow, a dark blue t-shirt with red stripes and a light blue dress with a print of white bones. Her shoes are knee high red boots with dark blue laces. This doll comes with two bone and two dog pops. Her black and white pet dog and its red leash are also included in this set.

Carmel has a pale complexion with light blue eyes that have ice cream sundaes and hearts in them which suggests an ice cream theme. Her eyelashes are red and pink and her lips and cheeks are light pink. There is also a bit of glitter next to the heart shaped blush. Her hair is the same color as the hair on the first doll. Carmel is wearing a pink tiered dress with brown decorative seams and a matching bow around her neck as well as a brown belt with an ice cream pop. Her other accessoires are pink hairbows with desert pops, bracelets with colorful beads, white socks and brown shoes with teal soles and an ice cream decoration.

- Sweets Carmel: has a pink/purple color scheme with lollipop, dessert plate and heart pops. She comes with two sets of eyes, extra yarn hair, a brush and four bows.
- Petites Carmel: has molded on clothing, one removable ponytail, a dog with its leash and four pops.
Trivia[]
- A basic/first release Carmel was teased on the back of the other girls boxes and at 2012 New York Toy Fair but not actually produced. At Toy Fair she was also refered to as Coco.
- She did not get a character description on the Cutie Pops website or a traditional pet for her full sized version, most likely due to her lack of a finalized basic/first edition doll.
- She is the only character in the franchise which changed skin color in one of the releases.
