Dakota was a doll in the Hattitude line, the last doll line of Cutie Pops to be released. Therefore, she did not make any other appearances.

Dakota has pale skin, bright pink lips and light blush. Her eyes have heart reflexions and are brown. Dakota has blue eyelashes. She has dark brown hair with beige accents in her bangs and a single long pony tail without highlight. Dakota does not come with a bow. Her hat looks like a fuzzy brown bear with a blue bow on its left ear. She is wearing a striped orange and white dress with a wrap style skirt and dark blue sleeves. It has a yellow bear with a blue bow printed on the top. It is decorated with 3 pops: a bear, a paw and a rainbow. She also wears knee-high teal boots with white laces.
